Based off a test drive RP I had with Kiho. Not the exact words said but it might as well be.

Tried painting over Commander Dick. Haven’t tried this approach with painting directly on top of everything before /tear Normally I just blotch in colors on different layers so yeah.
Commander Richard v2. Or at least, if he does get Commander position LOL Was thinking prolly after 1st minievent he’d switch up to a more field medic look, cut his hair and go back to natural. Might grow some facial hair idk Gotta fill Nate’s shoes for manly Medic Commander. Nothing fancy cos it’s not like you should prance around on the field pickin’ up dead bodies while wearing a snazzy tux.
But if he doesn’t get that position, he’ll keep his dapper suit for the rest of the term LOL

So a long time ago I wanted to play with the idea that Richard was a transfer student his first year which explains why he was a bit of a smart aleck in his first profile LOL
Attended a different military academy and hated it cos it lacked the facilities he wanted or something, teachers were probably incompetent too. Probably didn’t like it for the lack of girlies either cos he most likely got shipped off to an all boy’s academy LMAO
And then transferring to Milizia changed him for the better yes of course.
Never did put this in his history though cos I wasn’t sure if it was a good idea or not /tear
